KWN Sponsorship Packages
- Swag Bag Package: $100 – You get one item in the swag bag, can be a coupon, flyer etc. 1000 of said items, Items have to to us by Jan 30th.
- Educators Package: $150 – This is a package specifically for individuals that do education. You will be included in our Educator directory that will be included in every swag bag. You will be able to have your logo and contact information included in your ad.
- Table Sponsor: $300 Per Night – You will be listed on our Sponsor wall. Also “Your table” Will be clearly marked as your table, plus a card or flyer of your choice at each seat. Tables are per night and you can get just Friday or Saturday or both (Both nights would be $600- total).
- General Sponsor: $500 – Listed on our Sponsor wall, Include in our PR promotions of the event, list on the band app with links to your website and included in our banner flyer in the swag bags.
- Specific Event Sponsor: $1500 – This sponsorship package is designed to be the official sponsor of specific events or activities: (I.E Pool party, clothing exchange room, etc). This is a higher tier and more visibility during the event and leading up to the event. Your information will be listed on all promotional material about the specific area of sponsorship plus all other promotional activities. There is a limited number available.
- Official Representative Sponsorship: $2500 – If you want your product to be the “official” product of Krazy Winter Nights this is the package for you! This package will give your company and product exclusive advertising and exposure. Your product will be predominantly featured leading up to the event and during the event. Plus all of the additional promotional activities. This package also includes a vendor booth if you desire and we will have special activities for your representatives at KWN.
- Dance Sponsorship: $5000 – There are only 2 of these packages available. This allows your company to be the official Sponsor of either the Friday night dance or the Saturday Night Gala. These two events are the highlights of Krazy WInter Nights, Your logo and company will be represented the entire time during the Dance you are sponsoring and leading up to it. Clearly the option to sponsor either Friday or Saturday Night is available. If you would like to sponsor both nights that is available as well.
- Corporate Partner: $14,000 – To learn more about the Corporate partnership we will schedule a meeting to go over all of the options.
